Found some old photos of the project I did for a Church Christmas Play in 2003. I build an armature using coat hangers, then wrap it with newspaper to get the basic shape. I then wrap the newspapers with packing tape to get the form. Finally, I wrapped everything in Shiny Gold colored sticker to make it look like the Ark of the Covenant.





















































and here it is on stage where the kids carry the Ark of the Covenant for our Christmas Play.
